The core muscles are the ones that support the lower back, align the pelvis and pull the abdomen in tight. Strong core muscles will hold your trunk steady, hold your pelvis in position, protect your back during movement and pull your abs in flat. Core stability training aims to strengthen up these muscles, usually by making their job of stabilising the spine and pelvis more challenging.
This 4 week course starts at the beginning with learning what the neutral pelvis position is. Each week new exercises are added, so that by week 4 you have a full core workout routine.
