Get organised and motivated with these free printable workout stickers for your planner. According to research studies, exercise prompts and reminders increase motivation and exercise participation. When we record our intention to do something rather than just keeping it in our head, it feels like more of a commitment and so we’re more likely to do it.
You can download the stickers in PDF or PNG file format and in A4 or letter size. Whichever paper size you choose, the stickers are the same size. If you want a different paper size, you can resize in the PDF print menu.
Instructions for printing and cutting
If you’re cutting manually, then download either the PDF or the PNG file in whichever size you want. To save PNG files to desktop, you’ll need to right click and select “save image”. Print onto a single sheet shipping label, or alternatively print onto plain paper and use a glue stick. Cut the stickers out with craft scissors or a craft knife. If you have a cutting machine, you can use the PNG file, together with the blackout files for easy tracing.
